Shipping

Our warehouse is located in China. We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.

Dispatch

Any orders we receive, Monday to Friday before the daily carrier cut off times, below, we will aim to ship out to you within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on a Friday before 13:00,China time will be delivered on the following Monday.

International Delivery

Free delivery: for orders over $100

Standard delivery: $15/kg (7-12 working days)

Standard deliveries are shipped via 4px mail. Tracked Service at http://track.4px.com/

Taxes & Duties

For orders shipped Internationally, please note that import duty and tax may apply and the recipient will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country. Customer will be responsible for any Customs fees, taxes and other expenses incurred.

Cancellations 

As soon as you have placed your order online, it is sent electronically to our warehouse team to pick, pack and despatch. We process your order as quickly as we can to ensure that you are never waiting unnecessarily to receive your eagerly anticipated package. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please send an email to Contact Us

If we receive your cancellation request before the order has been packed by the warehouse team, we will try our best to cancel the order and send you an email to confirm; your card will not be charged. If the order has already been packed, but you will still be able to return the order for a refund.  If you have asked for a cancellation, we will always see if it’s possible and update you with the status of your order.

Returns Policy

We hope you enjoy your LKID purchase!

We accept returns from you at any time within 30 days of receipt provided that the returned goods are in the same condition and quantity as delivered by us. The item must be in perfect condition, with it's original packaging / tags. 

We are unable to refund or replace items that have been personalised, unless faulty. If you have received a faulty or damaged personalised item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. 

Cost of Returns Postage

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once the returned goods has been received, we will process the Refunds are made promptly to the original payment method. We can only accept return or exchanges on items purchased from our website lkidhappystream.com. If you purchased from one of our stockists please contact them directly.

Taking Care of Your Returns

We never re-sell returned items unless they are in pristine brand new condition, including labels and packaging, but it saddens us to think of any LKID product never finding a loving home. Also, we try to refund you for returns as quickly as possible after receiving them. We ask you to help us take care of returned items by following our tried and tested returns process.

Returns Process

• Please do not remove the tickets showing the item name and safety information;
• Please return all original packaging;
• Please use the original mailing bag/box to return the item(s) to us and seal securely to keep the item(s) safe;
• Please mark the reason for returning on the Returns Form. We use the information to improve customer service;
• If you have misplaced the original paperwork, please write down the original order number and enclose with the package. This will help our Customer Care team identify which order should be refunded. Your order number is shown on any of the emails you have received from us.
• Remember to get a proof of delivery at the post office and keep it safe, just in case of any non arrival.

If you are not able to follow the returns process exactly, don’t worry, but it just may take a little longer to complete the refund whilst out Customer Care team identifies any missing information.
